Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Refunds / Replacement
We will refund or replace the product in the following conditions
– Wrong Product shipped by us.
– The product received is defective.
– In case of a Wrong Product or a defective product is received you will have to report us by raising a support ticket at sales@.MPSGLOVES.COM within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please make sure that you provide us with package opening videos and pictures as and when requested.
– No refund or replacement shall be done without package opening videos and pictures.
Amount to be refunded
– If you receive one or more wrong product or defective product in bulk order, we will refund only product value, no shipping charges will be refunded.
